Welcome to Pride Beauty Lounge! We’re committed to providing an inclusive, professional, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Please review our policies, terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and respectful environment for both clients and staff.

Appointments & Cancellations

​

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations or Reschedules: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.

  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours): A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost may be charged.

  • No-Show Appointments: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will have to pay the 50% cancellation fee and have to pre-pay for their future appointments. 

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service, as we do not have late fees.

Deposits & Prepayments​

​

Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. These deposits go toward your final service cost and are subject to our cancellation policy. Deposits and pre-payments are only used when a client has cancelled under 24 hours' notice or have no-showed in the past.

Refunds & Redo Policy​

​

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 5 days so we can work with you to make adjustments.

  • Service Adjustments: If there is an issue with your service, we offer a complimentary adjustment within the 5-day grace period.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we will do our best to correct any concerns.

Retail Return Policy​

​

  • Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Pride Beauty Lounge Loyalty Program​

​

At Pride Beauty Lounge, we love rewarding our loyal clients! Our Loyalty Program gives you the chance to earn a free service just for coming in for your regular appointments.

​

How It Works:

​

  • You’ll receive one stamp on your loyalty card for each completed visit.

  • After 10 visits, you can redeem your free service, valued at the average price of your past 10 appointments (or a lesser-value service of your choice).

  • Your free service must be used within 6 months of earning your 10th stamp.

​

Program Rules & Terms:

​

  • Loyalty cards are for individual use only. They cannot be shared with family members or friends—each client must have their own card.

  • Your name must be on your loyalty card at the time of redemption. Cards cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Lost cards will not be replaced, so keep yours safe!

  • Stamps are given for completed appointments only (no-shows and late cancellations do not qualify).

  • The free service cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other discounts.

Referral Program:​​

  • Refer a friend to Pride Beauty Lounge, and you both get 20% off your next service.

  • Your friend must mention your name when booking their first appointment to qualify.

  • Stack your discounts! Refer multiple friends and earn up to 100% off—that’s a free service just for spreading the love!

  • Your discounts can be used all at once or split between visits—it’s up to you!

Terms & Conditions:

​

  • Your friend must be a new client to Pride Beauty Lounge.

  • Discounts apply to services only (not retail products).

  • Multiple referrals can be stacked, but discounts cannot exceed 100% off a single service.

  • The referred client must complete their appointment before the discount is applied.

  • Referral discounts must be used within 6 months of being earned.

Children & Additional Guests​

​

We strive to maintain a relaxing environment for all guests. Please be mindful of the following:

  • Children under 12 years old must be supervised at all times.

  • Due to space limitations, we kindly ask that you let us know ahead of time if you are bringing your partner, guest, support person, or children so we can ensure we make space for everybody.

Health & Safety Policies​

​

Your health and safety are important to us. Please notify us before your appointment if you:

  • Are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness.

  • Have allergies or sensitivities to certain products.

  • Are pregnant or have a medical condition that requires special considerations for your service.

  • Fill out your consultation form that was emailed to you.

Our salon is a judgment-free, inclusive space. We are committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, identity, race, or ability.

Payment & Gratuities​

​

  • We accept cash, debit, credit, and e-transfers.

  • Gratuities are not required but are always appreciated and can be added to your payment or left in cash. 100% of your gratuity is given to your service providers.
